We loved our stay here! There are tons of quail, mourning doves, and rabbits around. The house was easy to find and is located in a fantastic neighborhood/city. Our place was clean and beautiful with everything you could need.
Beautiful views from every window in the studio. The bathroom was spacious with a huge waterfall shower and convenient washer/dryer combo. We enjoyed the private upper deck as well
Third time we've stayed here and love that it's a short drive to the Usery Mountain Regional Park trailhead where there are multiple trail options. Wind Cave trail is a must-do hike. Close to a Basha's grocery store and gas.
This was perfect for my wife and I for a quick trip to the Mesa area. Quiet neighborhood with 360 degree views from the private rooftop patio. Check in and check out was the easiest we've experienced with other rentals. Would definitely stay here again.
My husband and I chose this property as it was close proximity to the Legacy Sports Complex where my son was playing in a tournament. Not only did it take 15 minutes to get to the soccer fields but it was 20 minutes to hiking and 25 minutes to dinner in Old Town. When not out an about, the property offered 360 views of the local area, city, and mountains and yoga on the top deck. It was perfect!
After leaving the desert 2 years ago, it was the perfect reset of what the desert living offers: endless stars, wildlife, and quiet privacy. Caroline's hospitality offered it all. You must book!
Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Clean. Wonderful views. Everything was as advertised. Just know the spiral staircase is narrow if stairs are a problem for you. We had a great time while there.
This is a very nice property, but as a retired couple in our 60s, it was a challenge. First, I did not realize the stairs were quite as narrow and long as they were. Great if one is under age 40 with a backpack, but difficult to manage with a cooler and carry on suitcase. The thermostat, coffee maker and shower were tricky to figure out- a written guide to these items would have been very helpful. I did text our host, who was attentive, but I felt I should not have needed to do that every time I couldn't figure something out. We checked out a day early as we felt it was not our cup of tea.
Traveling for a wedding at Superstition Manor and this was a perfect location. Amazing views of skyline at night. Peaceful desert views and cute chubby little quail everywhere in the morning. Unit was tastefully done and made excellent use of space. If we are in the Mesa area again we will only stay here.
Small place for 2. Just minutes from Usery Mountain. The private rooftop is great for viewing the sunsets and seeing the birds and wild rabbits on the hills. The unit has everything you’d need to relax.
Absolutely perfect, exactly as pictures, even nicer in person. Very clean, very well equipped, bed is very comfortable. Views are absolutely gorgeous. I was working remotely on weekdays, so I moved the table to the window looking out at the hill behind the property, so many quail and rabbits and cactii, truly beautiful. Mesa itself is a lovely neighborhood. I would have happily stayed here for MUCH longer if I could ♥️

Could’ve Been Perfect
We didn’t realize the property isn’t private. It’s connected to a main home with a seperate door. We expected to have more of a quiet, private environment, but the main stairs to walk up the front door are directly in front of the main home. It was a cool location at the base of a mountain, tons of rabbits. The rooftop was cool, however the advertised fire pit lasted less than 5 minutes before it ran out of propane. It really could’ve been awesome, the last straw for us was just the cleanliness. The towels and sheets smelled like BO. Leaving us feeling like we smelled gross throughout our stay, like somebody else’s BO. We’re not super familiar with Arizona, so we another thing to keep in mind is just that we did notice it is about a 20 minute drive to major cities, restaurants, attractions, etc. Anyways, we really don’t want to leave a bad review, and that’s not our intention at all. We never leave reviews. We just don’t want another renter to expect a clean, private space and feel disappointed. Again, it really does have potential to be an amazing space. Just posting in hopes that it might be cleaner and advertised more authentically in the future(:
Unfortunately, we were not able to stay at the property due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, but the communication with the host was excellent. They were responsive, professional, and accommodating throughout the booking process. I look forward to staying here in the future based on the great service alone!
Absolutely wonderful stay. Cozy not cramped. Fantastic view of the mountains and valley. I really enjoyed watching all of the quail and wildlife sitting up on the deck. Close to everything we wanted to do. Perfect fit for us. Would recommend for any couple.
Spent a few days here with my husband for his 40th. Chose this place because of the views and they didnt disappoint. They were amazing. The space itself was cozy and had everything we needed. The host was great with communicating. We had zero issues with our stay. Dont think twice about booking this hem, you wont regret it
Loved the window views on all sides, bumped up next to a hill. Neighborhood was great, quiet and beautiful cityscape at night. Rooftop was so cool and private. Private Patio off primary quarters was nice to lounge in evenings and mornings. Would recommend. Just know spiral staircase to living quarters and rooftop may not be as easy for limited mobility. We had a great time.
We had a really nice stay. Well equipped studio kitchen and we LOVED the handy ice maker. Everything was incredibly clean - only downside was the TV is quite small. We wouldn’t normally care but had a day stuck inside because of rain and wanted to watch the World Cup games. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area.
My (now) husband and I stayed here for the weekend for our wedding. It was a great little place. We loved watching the sunset on the rooftop. It was perfect for the weekend. Caroline was great with communication too!
