The host was very helpful! She was also ready for us a few hours earlier than our check in time. It’s a really cool place to stay! The aesthetic was welcoming and the rooftop area was so beautiful under the stars. Very quiet area. Would definitely stay again
We really enjoyed our stay at The 360 View. The location was convenient for the wedding we were attending and the hosts made sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed our breakfast and happy hours on the rooftop deck. Would stay here again if we had another event to attend in the area.
Third time we've stayed here and love that it's a short drive to the Usery Mountain Regional Park trailhead where there are multiple trail options. Wind Cave trail is a must-do hike. Close to a Basha's grocery store and gas.
Beautiful views from every window in the studio. The bathroom was spacious with a huge waterfall shower and convenient washer/dryer combo. We enjoyed the private upper deck as well
We loved our stay here! There are tons of quail, mourning doves, and rabbits around. The house was easy to find and is located in a fantastic neighborhood/city. Our place was clean and beautiful with everything you could need.
Absolutely wonderful stay. Cozy not cramped. Fantastic view of the mountains and valley. I really enjoyed watching all of the quail and wildlife sitting up on the deck. Close to everything we wanted to do. Perfect fit for us. Would recommend for any couple.
Unfortunately, we were not able to stay at the property due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, but the communication with the host was excellent. They were responsive, professional, and accommodating throughout the booking process. I look forward to staying here in the future based on the great service alone!
This was perfect for my wife and I for a quick trip to the Mesa area. Quiet neighborhood with 360 degree views from the private rooftop patio. Check in and check out was the easiest we've experienced with other rentals. Would definitely stay here again.
After leaving the desert 2 years ago, it was the perfect reset of what the desert living offers: endless stars, wildlife, and quiet privacy. Caroline's hospitality offered it all. You must book!
Spent a few days here with my husband for his 40th. Chose this place because of the views and they didnt disappoint. They were amazing. The space itself was cozy and had everything we needed. The host was great with communicating. We had zero issues with our stay. Dont think twice about booking this hem, you wont regret it
Traveling for a wedding at Superstition Manor and this was a perfect location. Amazing views of skyline at night. Peaceful desert views and cute chubby little quail everywhere in the morning. Unit was tastefully done and made excellent use of space. If we are in the Mesa area again we will only stay here.
Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Clean. Wonderful views. Everything was as advertised. Just know the spiral staircase is narrow if stairs are a problem for you. We had a great time while there.
My husband and I chose this property as it was close proximity to the Legacy Sports Complex where my son was playing in a tournament. Not only did it take 15 minutes to get to the soccer fields but it was 20 minutes to hiking and 25 minutes to dinner in Old Town. When not out an about, the property offered 360 views of the local area, city, and mountains and yoga on the top deck. It was perfect!
Small place for 2. Just minutes from Usery Mountain. The private rooftop is great for viewing the sunsets and seeing the birds and wild rabbits on the hills. The unit has everything you’d need to relax.

Our last straw with this location was when the owners (in the attached house) had some sort of get together on Saturday night that resulted in their car alarms going off 3 different times between 2 and 3am, engines revving, as well as music playing at these early hours of the day. We paid for a location to be relaxing and we found this to be unacceptable. We had already been sleeping poorly due to the bed being incredibly uncomfortable and every day when we returned to the VRBO after spending the day with our families, we returned to our air being cranked back up to 80 degrees when we kept putting it at 73 so we would return to a cool place. This location takes a while to cool back down.As a late 20 year old couple, we tend to let a lot of stuff slide, but when spending hundreds of dollars to stay in a location, the bare minimum we expect is that we can sleep throughout the night. If you plan on having an event with a bunch of people visiting during the holidays, it seems like you could simply make the location unavailable to reserve during that week.

That was the neighbors house that had their family get together for the holidays which I had no control over. I never heard any alarms going off and we were in the main house. You also had TOTAL control of the nest thermostat that is only in your unit. Instructions were above the thermostat.
No one but you has ever complained about the bed.
You can’t please everybody.
Happy New Year
Loved the window views on all sides, bumped up next to a hill. Neighborhood was great, quiet and beautiful cityscape at night. Rooftop was so cool and private. Private Patio off primary quarters was nice to lounge in evenings and mornings. Would recommend. Just know spiral staircase to living quarters and rooftop may not be as easy for limited mobility. We had a great time.
Absolutely perfect, exactly as pictures, even nicer in person. Very clean, very well equipped, bed is very comfortable. Views are absolutely gorgeous. I was working remotely on weekdays, so I moved the table to the window looking out at the hill behind the property, so many quail and rabbits and cactii, truly beautiful. Mesa itself is a lovely neighborhood. I would have happily stayed here for MUCH longer if I could ♥️
