Great Get Away

What a great stay - we loved having our own private hot tub which was a delight every night! This house was so well supplied with anything needed - including beach towels. We would be back for a 2nd stay, but missed our opportunity to do so.

Beautiful home but not practical

The home was beautiful. However, the seating area in tv area only seats 4/5 people. (There were 6 of us). There are two stools and two chairs in kitchen for seating. Formal dining room seats 6 people but not comfortably. The outdoor space was very nice BUT the seating was super uncomfortable and there is no outdoor eating table and chairs. Also no outdoor bbq (Which we asked for but to no avail). Seems silly to be in such great weather and not be able to cook and eat outside. Also, the hot tub is very nice HOWEVER it did not work!! We paid a lot of money for this property as we were looking for a hot tub. It worked the first day. I reported it, and the first repairman came in with a Drill!! It worked for half a day. Reported again and next guy came and looked and said it needed a new filter and that that was most common problem with hot tubs. Weird that he didn’t bring one with him. Hot tub finally fixed on Friday and we left Saturday! I asked for a bit of a later checkout as I thought maybe that would be compensation to us for no hot tub but was turned down. I felt that perhaps some form of compensation would have been in order.

The homeowner would like to share the following: - We use professional photographers so we can be sure that our images accurately reflect each property and guests can decide before booking if the setup of the home meets their expectations. - The dining room furniture is quite comfortable for us and each of the past guests but we're sorry that they did not meet your personal preferences. - We take the accuracy of our listing seriously because we want all guests to find the perfect home for their group. We do not list outdoor seating or a grill as amenities on our listing or in our photos since they are not available at the property. We encourage guests to thoroughly review the listing before booking, to ensure they find the perfect vacation home for their needs! - The hot tub is brand new and we're sorry that its malfunctions affected your stay. We did all we could each time to remedy the situation as soon as possible. - Unfortunately, our property manager was not able to grant you a late checkout due to time restraints as another guest was checking in later that day. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

Chic in the Desert

This chic home was comfortable, had everything need for a week’s stay and was an easy walk to the Trailhead community pool. Great hiking close by. Lovely views of the golf course too. The Las Sendas community is my favorite place to stay when in the Phoenix area.

Beautiful place

Beautiful house, recently updated, very quiet neighborhood. Very easy access to the 202, grocery stores, eating establishments, golf courses of Las Sendas, Longbow and Red Mountain Ranch. We would highly recommend this house to anyone visiting Phoenix!

Amazing place

The property was amazing, everything was perfect. It was right on the golf course so we had great views. Well stocked, clean, comfortable. Owners were quick to respond when the hot tub needed attention. The property management company is somewhat difficult to get ahold of, we had questions prior to our stay and they got back to us after we got there. The location is perfect, close to restaurants and shopping but plenty of hiking near by to get out. Would love to go stay again.

Somewhat Disappointed ......

The house itself is fantastic. Kudos to the actual property owners. However, I didn't like working through a third party (realtor/broker) who's outside of the VRBO network and who's also not the actual property owner. It would have been nice to communicate directly with the property owner, rather than a third party broker/realtor.
