This spacious and warm 6 bedroom luxury home comes complete with a fully stocked kitchen, private back yard, fire pit and outdoor barbecue, and private garage. The private community also offers access to a club house, swimming pool, hot tub, and fitness area, as well as tennis, pickle ball, and basket ball courts. Community pool and pickle ball courts are closed during the winter. The hot tub stays open all year. Owners have pickleball paddles available for guests. All community ammenities are located within walking distance from this beautiful home.

The home also comes equipped with a washer and dryer, sound system (with speakers throughout the house), dual temperature controls to customize the main and lower floors, wifi access, and a home security system.

The surrounding area offers unlimited water, mountain, or trail activities for the whole family. Then, after a busy, fun day gather around the fire pit in a private and peaceful back yard to enjoy the beautiful night sky.

Great Property and neighborhood. The bathroom pipes make random noises which isn’t a big deal until nighttime, making it difficult to sleep soundly. Otherwise, the home was awesome!
