Immaculate luxury home for MAXIMUM occupancy of 12 people. Perfect for family reunions, company retreats, reunions, wedding groups, ski holidays and more. Beautifully furnished THREE (3) story house with two full kitchens, 3 of 6 bedrooms are en-suites with dedicated bathrooms (6 total bathrooms). There is a movie room with a 8' screen, pingpong and a pool table. Each floor has a large living room (3 living rooms total in the house) with magnificent large unobstructed views of the mountains and the Reservoir (lake). Beds are: 2 king, 3 queen, 1 bunk (containing twin and full). Sleeps 12

Beautiful view!

Overall, the home was good for our use. The two kitchens, theater, open areas, hot tub, comfortable beds, A/C, garage space, access to swimming pool, etc. were very much appreciated. We did have a few problems, which were addressed very quickly by Sherry. (Thank you!) Some could be fixed, a couple couldn’t be taken care of while we were there, but we did fine. The area is quiet, the view over the valley amazing, and our time at Pineview reservoir was enjoyable. Easy access to a local grocery store, and only 30 minutes to Ogden and larger stores. It all was what we thought it would be.

We love the outdoors, mountain activities and views in this beautiful comfortable home. I am a skier and a hiker and my husband is an avid cyclist. Our daughter, well we are still working on. :) This is our and sanctuary and we love coming back to it. Hope you love and enjoy it as much we do!

Why they chose this property

This is a home that we enjoy all year around because of the great location. It offers amazing skiing close to 3 ski resorts nearby and away from the big touristy crowds and big lines. During warmer seasons, the nearby lake (Pine View reservoir) is wonderful to visit. We enjoyed swimming and all water activities past summer. Hiking the mountains covered with wild flower smells was my favorite.

What makes this property unique

Most of all what specifically appealed to us about the area is that it still represents old America to us. It has a small and friendly feeling to it while within a short drive to other stuff. Most people are quite nice.
