We moved in June 2023 and it is with great enthusiasm that we will welcome you to our villa, for a long weekend or for a week!

With family or friends, our house can accommodate up to 8 people.

A large car park is at your disposal, the property is fully fenced with automated gate.

The garden is very wooded and you will enjoy many outdoor spaces, a swimming pool, a petanque court...
A haven of peace that will reserve precious moments of relaxation for you.

It is a detached and air-conditioned house, with a refined and neat decoration.
Each bedroom has a wardrobe cupboard and a 180X200 bed: 3 bedrooms with 2 beds 90x200 + mattress topper for sleeping 180 / 1 bedroom bed 180X200.
Double distribution: master bedroom with bathroom bath and toilet on one side and 3 bedrooms with large bathroom shower and toilet to the right of the entrance.

A laundry room with washing machine and dryer is accessible from the inside and outside.

Not overlooked, ideal location, 2 steps from the village of Grimaud, in a picturesque environment and conducive to walking.

You can also appreciate the charm of the village of Grimaud, which is a 10' walk away with its essential shops and restaurants.
Shuttles to Saint Tropez, the beaches, Port Grimaud, Sainte Maxime etc... Are accessible at 5'. The TGV station of Les Arcs Draguignan at 40', Nice airport at 1h15, Marseille airport and TGV station Aix en Provence at 1h40; the car is not essential and if necessary I can offer you VTC contacts and/or bike-scooter-car rentals.

A tourist guide will allow you to discover this beautiful region of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez between the sea and the hills.
