Decorated with great taste and authenticity, completely renovated in May 2015, the house is located in the heart of the vineyards below the village of Gassin, 2 minutes from the beaches. Very functional, the villa offers 4 bedrooms with bathroom and individual toilet . Facing south, the terrace and its pergola overlooks a pretty garden and an individual heated swimming pool. Saint Tropez is 7 minutes away and the beaches of Pampelone can be reached in 12 minutes without traffic jam by the vineyard route.

A great holiday!

We had an amazing week at Le Cadran Solaire. It is really well located: seconds from the Wine Shop and The Geant Casino. Close by to beaches and pretty little towns. The house itself feel like a castle! Beautifully decorated with a beautiful pool. An amazing stay. Thank you!

Hidden gem in the vineyards

Charming, well equipped and tastefully furnished villa with a pretty little garden and a pleasant pool. The location is slightly remote, best if you have a car. Olivier is an attentive, helpful host and managed everything perfectly. Highly recommended!

Beautiful property

we felt very comfortable. The property has a lot of charm. Artistic shabby chic furnishings. We liked it very much. Only the location is not ideal. Unfortunately it is difficult to walk to Port Grimaud or the supermarket. since the garden and pool have also been created with a lot of love. Very relaxed atmosphere.

AMAZING!

What a fantastic place! It was absolutely perfect in every way. We were 2 families staying with 3 children which worked out perfectly as 1 family had the top floor and the other the first floor. The house is well equipped with everything you need. The pool is stunning and the gardens are very well maintained. The position of the house is near to everything despite being nestled amongst the vineyards. It is 10 mins in to St Tropez and the beaches at Bouillabaisse, 2 mins to La Foux Casino SuperMarket and 10 -15 mins to the beautiful Pampelonne beach with all the super beach clubs. Finally, contact with Olivier, the owner was easy and he always replied promptly and he spoke very good English! Also Fabrice, the guy who checked us in was extremely friendly and helpful. Hopefully we will be back. Louisa

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison qui a beaucoup de charme et qui est décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Elle est très bien équipée et ses quatre chambres, chacune dotée de sa salle de douche / bain, ont constitué un réel atout pour notre séjour familial. La situation de la maison est idéale, proche de toutes commodités et des belles plages. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié sa situation au calme, au cœur des vignes. La piscine, le jardin, magnifiquement arboré et entretenu, le coin repas sous la pergola sont très agréables. C'est un lieu idéal pour passer des vacances en famille ou entre amis (nous nous y sommes beaucoup plu !), à la découverte de la magnifique presqu'île de Saint-Tropez. Enfin, merci au propriétaire pour avoir toujours répondu avec réactivité et précision à nos questions et sollicitations avant et pendant notre séjour.

Das Haus hat uns richtig gut gefallen. Es ist super ausgestattet und wunderschön. Der Pool ist auf 26° geheizt und sauber. Ich kann dieses Ferienhaus nur empfehlen 5*.

Little Slice of Peace and Quiet

What a beautiful place to spend time with my family. The owner was incredibly responsive, you could tell he cares greatly about his property. The inside of the house is well equipped and nicely decorated. Can’t wait to return for another visit.

Belle maison bien équipée et bien située

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison atypique et très bien équipée avec piscine chauffée. Nous avons eu la chance de nous baigner au mois de mai sans problème. Décoration soignée, maison et environnement bien entretenus. Maison chaleureuse et bien située au carrefour de Saint Tropez, Grimaud, Sainte Maxime etc. La maison est mitoyenne mais sans vis-à-vis.

Ferienhaus St. Tropez

Superschönes Ferienhaus. Tolle Lage im Weinberg. Schöner Pool, allerdings unbeleuchtet. Zudem auf der oberen Etage sehr klein mit nur 1 schlecht funktionierenden Toilette. Die unteren Schlafzimmer sind ohne Klimaanlage und teilweise morgens sehr laut durch Nachbarkinder.

There is 4 wc in the house and each room has its own bathroom, I think it is enough ! Concerning the light of the pool, sorry but the bulb was out of stock during COVID time. It would be kind to say that the pool keeper comes 2 times per week to clean it.

Excellent séjour dans charmante maison

Tout du debut jusqu'a la fin a été parfait. Excellente communication avec le propriétaire, accueil et suivi parfait de Camille une fois sur place. La piscine est très bien entretenue, eau propre mais pas trop chlorée. Les gros avantages de cette maison sont son charme, ses 4 sdb (pour 4 chambres) et son jardin.
