The apartment is on the ground floor raised on the quay, overlooking the bay of La Favière without any opposite.
You have parking included, right in front of the building and access to the harbour swimming pool.
It is a large studio of 45m2 with a bedroom and a large living room of 20m2, it is equipped with a new double bed and a sofa bed.
Weekly rentals are open from March to November, rates ranging from €450 to €800/week.
