The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 20 m² living room with sofa and TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob and dining area
- Bedroom 1: bunk bed (140x200 and 90x200), wardrobe
- Bathroom with shower and WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160x200), wardrobe and hanging space
- Separate WC

Basement:
- A sink, washing machine, clothes line...

Outside:
- A 250 m² garden planted with trees, an 8 m² terrace, a grassed area with no overlooked neighbours on the north-east side.
Garden furniture and barbecue available from spring.

The house is ideally located in Belz, in a quiet, residential area, close to all shops and services within walking distance, close to the Ria d'Etel (700m with children's play area), hiking trails and small beach for swimming in the Ria d'Etel.

Activities :
- Visit the island of St Cado (2km), walks and hiking, mountain biking, water activities on the Ria (kayaking, boating, Stand up paddle...), beautiful beaches nearby (seawater pool and Etel beaches 5km, Kerhillio 8km) with surfing and kitesurfing areas all year round.
- Numerous menhirs to visit.
- Alignements de Carnac 20 minutes away by car.
- Golf du Morbihan, Quiberon and Lorient 30 minutes away.
- Fortified town of Vannes 30 minutes away.

- If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (2 vehicles).
