The property is located 5 minutes walk from the city center, the pretty port of St Goustan and the train station of Auray, 7 kms from Ste Anne d 'Auray.
About 15 minutes from the beaches of Trinité-sur-Mer (Grand Port), Carnac (menhirs) and the peninsula of Quiberon (Wild Coast).
Possibility of excursion of the Gulf of Morbihan by boat.
