Welcome to your Modern Desert Sanctuary, located on the 7th hole of the Arnold Palmer Private Course within the gated community of PGA West. Enjoy the spectacular views of the Chocolate Mountains and lake next to your fire pit on your private patio on one side, and see the Santa Rosa Mountain range while enjoying the fountain in your private courtyard on the other. This newly remodeled 2 bedroom plus den/ office and 2 bath also has amazing outdoor spaces to relax and unwind. The community pool and spa are feet away (several pools to choose from). Available for 31 plus days or more.
The space
15 minutes away from Coachella, Stagecoach and the BNP tennis tournament. The location of the home also provides the ability to visit the entire desert area: Palm Springs, Joshua Tree National Park, fine dining and shopping - and to hike the trails near La Quinta. Please note that parties are not allowed.

Beautiful view inside and out

This was a great property. Well located and a neighborhood where everyone was out walking and biking. Nicely decorated and furnished. Wish we had access to the garage because we always bring lots of toys--bikes, golf clubs, pickleball and hiking gear.
