Live like a local. This is one of the nicest studios around for long term stays, and less than 3/4 mile to the beach, two blocks from lagoon, and steps from State Park and restaurants!
Beautiful, spacious, comfortable 510 s.f. studio, with well-equipped kitchenette, closet, and spacious bathroom. It also has a private 500 s.f. patio area with seating and outdoor shower with garden views. Property is walking distance to beach, the Torrey Pines State Natural Reserve, great restaurants, and a small convenience store. Downtown Del Mar, with its wonderful beach-front restaurants, charming shops, L'Auberge Hotel, Del Mar Plaza, scenic Seagrove and Powerhouse Parks, beaches and nearby Del Mar Racetrack, is approximately 3 miles away. Located at end of street in quiet residential area, with ample parking. Note: security doorbell and garage camera in use on property.

Wonderful studio in Del Mar. Beautiful garden, good kitchen amenities and Adam was a wonderful host. Close to beach and cute coffee shops and good food.

Delightful studio by the beach

I enjoyed this wonderful property for nearly two months and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Adam is an exceptional host and made everything easy and pleasant. The property is as lovely as it looks. The studio is well appointed, comfortable, private and enjoys a beautiful garden view. The beach is an easy 10 minute walk away (which I did nearly every day), the neighborhood is quiet and interesting, the walkable restaurants are varied and good, and the access to all of San Diego's amenities is very easy. I look forward to staying again - thanks Adam!
