Highly recommend this super clean and cool place in Tours!! It was immaculate, plenty of room and had all the amenities needed. So many fun things to do in Loire Valley.

The apartment was very modern, despite being located in a building built in the 1200s. Very modern full kitchen. Location was in the heart of old Tours, yet very quiet. The on-site, secure, undercover parking was a real bonus. We were able to head out during the day and return to a secure spacious sanctuary. We were 2 couples and the apartment size was more than adequate.

The property was exactly as in the photos. Close to everything, clean and very roomy. Vincent was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely stay again if we return to Tours. Merci Vincent and David

Fantastic property in Tours!!!

David's place was a dream property! This is a meticulously renovated, gorgeously modern place. The kitchen is so well designed, with everything you could wish for if you want to prepare a meal. The main living space has radiant floor heating, also skylights that can open and close automatically. The "TV" is a full size wall projection! And there's art! beautifully curated throughout the rooms. Great showers, great bathrooms, and the location is magnificent. A sweet little street close to everything, including a Michelin starred restaurant which we enjoyed during our visit. It's also very quiet at night, for a great rest. We had made a mistake in our booking, and David was magnificent in the way he took care of us. Also, check-in was so easy...we had great communication throughout our stay. We look forward to another visit!!!

Loft Rue du Cygne : un havre design en plein cœur de Tours

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce loft idéalement situé au cœur de Tours. L'emplacement est parfait, à proximité des restaurants, des magasins, de la cathédrale et de la rue piétonne Nationale. Il y a également une petite supérette à deux pas, très pratique pour les courses du quotidien. Le logement est très spacieux, ce qui était agréable pour nous quatre, car nous ne nous sommes jamais sentis à l'étroit. De plus, le garage disponible a été un vrai plus, car se garer dans le centre de Tours peut parfois être compliqué. Enfin, un grand merci à Vincent qui a été très réactif à chaque question ou besoin que nous avons eus. Sa disponibilité a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement ce logement !
