The holiday apartment is located in a house built in 1724, renovated in 2014, and is furnished in a rustic and typical local style. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property of the lake and its quiet and sunny location at the edge of the forest and by the water. Available for shared use: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandbox, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and campfire site. Your holiday apartment offers 1 floor, 2 rooms (from which 1 bedroom), is 30 sqm and can accommodate up to 2 persons. On colder days your holiday apartment can be heated with central heating. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. The entrance is in der 1. Etage

. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Kitchen as intersecting room and with dishwasher, gas stove (5 burners), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric water boiler, washing machine and dryer. You have access to the terrace.
1st floor: Living room as intersecting room and with 2 additional beds at double sofa bed, lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 2 persons. Bedroom with 1 double bed and TV. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and The very well equipped communal kitchen is not in the apartment, but on the ground floor.
In addition, your holiday apartment is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed, high chair for children, washing machine and dryer. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Gollmitz. The holiday apartment is located on a 2000 sqm large, enclosed garden property and waterfront property with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The half-timbered house is a listed, fully operational watermill. There are a total of 5 holiday apartments: BRA UCK 001, BRA UCK 002, BRA UCK 003 (each for 3 people), BRA UCK 004 (for 2 people), BRA UCK 005 (for 12 people). The apartments have been ecologically renovated with clay walls and hemp insulation. The mill room serves both as a museum and a communal room for celebrations with up to 50 people. Use of the communal room is subject to a fee and must always be requested and agreed upon in advance. Additionally, there is a communal room for 24 people with a fireplace and television. With a diameter of six meters, the waterwheel is the largest in Northern Germany. Mill days with events/concerts in summer 2023: 29.05., 24.06., 15.07., 26.08.2023 Since autumn 2015, a garden sauna with a hot tub has been available. The stream also provides a way to cool off. The property is enclosed by a fence and the stream. You can reach the bivouac site via a suspension bridge. The house is located directly on the stream. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 6 cars) is available on the property and the street in front of the house.
