We're huge Moody beach fans and have been since the first time we experienced it in the
early 1990s. Moody beach is like no other- soft sand, no rocks, clean (mostly seaweed free), and beautiful sunrises. At the end of the day, it can get cool on the ocean and we grew to appreciate the warmth of the marsh side just as much as the ocean side, with its gorgeous river views and spectacular sunsets.
We searched for a property that would provide us the opportunity to enjoy both, and when Riverside came on the market, we knew this was the one.

Why they chose this property

This property is special because you have the Rachel Carson Reserve views, direct
access to the river, sunsets, and as if that weren't enough, you also have a right of way
to one of the best beaches in the world, private Moody Beach.
