Charming and cozy beachfront cottage on a 2 mile long sandy beach.
Wake up to a beautiful sunrise, then enjoy the sun, sea breeze, and fabulous views all day long. Have dinner together while watching a gorgeous ocean sunset, and surfers playing in the waves. Just a short beach walk at low tide to incredible tidal pools teeming with fascinating aquatic life. We had a great time at the cottage, loved the homey feel. It is not large but because the space is used so cleverly it all works out. The location is great and Tyler is friendly and easy to work with.

Awesome location, perfect house

We came up for my cousins birthday and the Christmas Prelude. This home was percent for the 3 of us, the lovely gas fireplace on a cold night and an awesome porch facing the ocean The beds were very comfortable It was quiet and peaceful just what we wanted

Cozy Place to Enjoy the Beach and Ocean

A very well kept beach vibe home. So cozy with the fireplace and sun room. That ocean view all day is just amazing. The house was super clean with all the amenities we desired. We would definately stay here again.

Heaven!

The entire house is spotless and well-appointed, with many modern conveniences. The sunroom facing the beach is amazing with some unique built-ins, and the sunrises were spectacular. We plan to be an annual renter and are letting our friends know of this fabulous place.

Great property, location is perfect. Loved walking the beach and just sitting outside taking in ocean and sky. Cottage has everything you could need. Host informed us of the updates this year. All communication was great.

Another fabulous time at this beachfront paradise!

HOORAY for this wonderful place!! This was our second visit and it was just as marvelous as the first time... Sitting snug in the sunroom watching the stormy waves and wind and rain... then it cleared and was deep blue sky with crashing surf with the white tops blowing off in the wind showing rainbows in the spray... and thanks to the tail end of Tropical Storm Nicole it was WARM and we sat in the sun on the deck... then the surfers arrived and we had front row seats to watch some of them catch great waves (my guess is the waves were 6-8 feet tall) and some of them wipe out spectacularly.... along with laughing and chatting with friends, it was a perfect getaway weekend. Now... to figure out when we can go back!

We had a wonderful week. You will not find a better location on the beach. The house is very “rustic chic”. It was very clean and we thoroughly enjoyed activities and dinners in the front room with our kids. Tyler is very responsive and a first class host. We would rent this property again.

Very Cozy!

This was our first trip to the New England coast and despite the cold and rain when we arrived, it was a perfect trip. The gas log fireplace kept us cozy and warm until the storm passed over. One of my favorite rooms was the room with the single bed that resembles a ship captain’s quarters. Tyler was always very responsive and a great host. We will definitely be returning later in the year.

Great visit

Loved the sun room and simply watching waves while sipping our coffee. Great sunrise and even a full moon rise during our short visit. Fortune Rocks beach is a wonderful gem.
