Fully-equipped kitchen also offers a Keurig, air fryer and crock pot (master bedroom also has a Keurig). Enjoy sweeping views of the water from the balconies and open grassy area for kiddos to run and play. Almost everything in this gorgeous townhome is brand new! Owner has provided two 1-person kayaks, 2 paddleboards, 3 bikes, life jackets, corn hole, board games & puzzles for your entertainment.
