Mountain chalet for 14 people in the heart of the hamlet of Soulan, a picturesque pastoral village, 4 kms from Saint Lary Soulan; 3kms from the slopes for skiers; on the road to the Col du Portet for cyclists and on the Trail course for trail runners. Completely renovated, its location not overlooked offers you a beautiful breathtaking view of the Neste valley, where it is good to meet with your family, in a warm atmosphere both in winter and summer.
The chalet of more than 230m2 offers many distinct spaces to recharge your batteries:
- On the ground floor, you can enjoy large tables with a large comfortable kitchen (laundry room and separate toilet) open to the dining room and the living room with a large fireplace (+ 70m2); all opening onto a large secure terrace with a panoramic view. Washing machine, dryer, filter coffee machine and Nespresso, connected TV, 5-burner cooking piano, 2 ovens, 2 refrigerators. Raclette & fondue machines.
Wifi included.

The ground floor will offer you 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3wc and a playroom-Tv for the children:
Bedroom 1: master suite with a double bed of 160 with private shower room and toilet (shower)
Bedroom 2: Master suite with a double bed of 160 with Private shower room and toilet (shower)
Bedroom 3: 1 bed of 160 and a module two bunk beds.
The second floor is reserved for a dormitory with 6 beds accessible by a staircase.

The exterior offers you on one side a private parking space that can accommodate 4 cars and on the other side a secure terrace.

Very nice location to radiate in the area

Charming renovated house with convenient terrace and coal bbq. Perfect for family and large group (beautiful dining area and table). Some “good to know”: location in the ad (aug 2024) is not correct (the ad shows position below the village whereas the house is effectively right next to the main road going up the mountain). Linen and towels are NOT included and we could not find this info in the ad (and the owner had no willingness to help find a service in the area). There is no umbrella on the terrace (and the sun hits hard at lunchtime). Despite renovation, kids troom and main room are extremely hot after a sunny day (and mattress protections makes it worse to sleep..) Overall a good stay but we were quite disappointed by location on the road and absence of linen (and reluctance of owners to help us find some..)

Je tiens cependant à vous repréciser qu'il était bien mentionné dans la description de l'annonce que "le ménage et le le linge ne sont pas inclus". Je vous l'avais d'ailleurs reprécisé quelques jours avant votre arrivée, ce que vous qualifier de "reluctance of owners". C'est regrettable de l'avoir perçu ainsi. Bien cordialement,

Superbe maison, très agréable en été, dans un village ravissant surplombant les montagnes, la vue est magique.Pas vraiment de jardin forcément en montagne, mais l’intérieur de la maison est parfait. Beaucoup d’espace et des couchages très agréables, et nombreux.L’échange avec Stephanie était très fluide ainsi qu’avec Sylvain qui s’occupait de notre arrivée/depart. La region est magnifique, qu’il fasse bon ou moins bon. Nous recommandons vivement !

Gîte parfait pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis

Nous nous sommes retrouvés dans le chalet en famille. 4 adultes et 5 enfants âgés de 8 à 17 ans. Tout est pensé pour les groupes. L'espace du châlet. Les grandes chambres aménagées avec SDB. Un très grand séjour et une très belle cuisine. Le chalet est magnifique, authentique et particulièrement bien rénové. Idéalement placé sur la route de Espiaube et du plat d'Adet, à 4km seulement de Saint Lary soulan et 30 minutes de la station de Val Louron et de Loudenvielle. Il y en a pour tous les goûts.Nous avons passé un très beau moment.

Una casa fantástica que ofrece todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones en grupo chulísimas. Cerca de Saint Lary y también de las pistas. Sería un placer volver!

Très bon séjour à Soulan

La maison est très agréable, et la vue depuis la terrasse est superbe. Maison tout équipée dans laquelle nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
