Bright apartment of 55 m² to renovate with a large living room overlooking Paris, 10 m² terrace in a residential building with elevator & caretaker 3 minutes from Bir-Hakeim or Dupleix metro and the Seine 10 minutes from the Eiffel Tower close to shops (Rue du commerce, Beaugrenelle) and restaurants.
Entrance with separate toilet, dressing room, living room with large sofa, bedroom with 160 x 200 bed closing with double door to the living room, shower room & sink, window and small view of the Eiffel Tower.
Separate kitchen with all the necessary equipment (large fridge freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine, Nespresso, ceramic hob, fan)
Long terrace and bistro table.
