Our cozy studio guesthouse is a peaceful little retreat we’ve designed with care to help you feel right at home. Whether you`re in town for work, visiting family, or just exploring Chico, this space offers comfort, charm, and privacy in one of the city’s most convenient neighborhoods.

Step inside and you’ll find vaulted ceilings, soft lighting, and thoughtful touches throughout. There’s a comfy queen bed with premium linens, a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and plush towels, and a fully stocked kitchenette with everything you need to whip up a quick bite — including a gas stove, microwave, mini fridge, and coffee (on us!).

Kick back with your favorite shows on the Smart TV or catch up on emails with fast Wi-Fi. The heating and cooling mini-split system keeps things comfy no matter the season.

You’ll have your own private entrance and dedicated driveway parking, complete with our signature red door that makes it easy to find us. Tucked away in a quiet area just minutes from Bidwell Park, CSU, and downtown Chico, it’s a great spot to unwind, recharge, and enjoy everything the city has to offer.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire studio. Driveway parking is available, but we do advise only parking here with caution. While we do not permit the main house guests to park in the driveway, things happen, and we would like to avoid you getting blocked in accidentally. The main house and its yard are not accessible to guests to ensure privacy for all parties.
