If visiting the Memphis area, this place provided great cozy space for three adults visiting the area for a conference. Each of us having our own bed and own room, was fantastic as compared to a hotel experience. The kitchen provided all that was needed for our short stay. The backyard was private, and the patio offered an enjoyable outdoor space. The location of this house was perfect. The neighborhood is quiet, and the area is not overly congested. I definitely recommend choosing this property for your stay in the Memphis area.

Host was incredibly helpful and available. We had a couple of self inflicted hiccups with the stay that were completely our fault. We called the host, she got back with us immediately and solved our problem. Great host. Great stay.

Kristy made our stay smooth and easy. The home had ample space for our whole family. Kitchen was equipped for basic cooking. It’s in a nice, quiet residential area with convenient access to many restaurants and shopping.

The property was in a great location, easily accessible to Germantown, Collierville, Southaven, Ms., Olive Branch, Ms. and the interstate to get to anywhere in The Memphis area. The dwelling was very comfortable, the kitchen well supplied, bedrooms and baths were large enough and 4 adults enjoyed their stay. The reason we gave it 4 stars was because there were some cleanliness issues which can easily be addressed by the owner. The owner has been notified and given the details and assured us they would be taken care of.

The house was 5 to 7 minutes from my family's house. The driving distance for the grocery store, gas station, and the mall was very convenient. The rooms was very clean. The three bedrooms was upstairs which was a little challenging for my parents but we made it work. The host was reachable and she checked on us just to make sure everything was ok and if we needed anything just reach out.

Perfect Location

This property is in a perfect location. Close to shopping, activities, and restaurants. This rental is in a quiet neighborhood which was very relaxing. The rental was spacious so it gave us room to spread out. We would definitely rent this property again.

Great choice for a family stay in Memphis

The house was everything we needed for a family trip to Memphis. We were in town for a youth soccer tournament, and this rental is only a few minutes drive from Mike Rose Soccer Complex, so it was a great choice. Clean and comfortable. We would rent again if we return to the area.
