As an alternative, guests may purchase a non-refundable damage waiver ($57 for stays up to 10 nights + $5 per night after 10 nights).



We use a secure, simple platform called Happy Guest (no app download required).

It provides easy document signing and a private guest portal with property details and local recommendations to make your stay seamless.
