Wiard home built in 1907, this newly constructed cottage blends modern comfort with charming simplicity. Inside, the cottage features a beautifully appointed great room that brings the kitchen, dining, and living areas together in one inviting space. The kitchen is outfitted with custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, and full-size appliances, making it easy to cook and relax just like at home. The kitchen is modern and well stocked. The bathroom is spotless with plenty of nice towels. The space is very livable, however the bedroom was very tight. We made it work. It was very convenient to town activities. Perfect for a couple.

The house was immaculately clean. Very new kitchen and bathroom with a new washer and dryer. The house is a couple of blocks from the main strip. The houses are close together but still had plenty of fenced in yard for our dogs to do their business. Some of the houses around it were not kept up as well. Everyone we talked to seemed very friendly. The house was a great center hub to do many activities in Cody!

This is a cozy little home, centrally located for a couple with a neat history. Private yard is great for pets. Has everything you need to prepare meals. I did not need to contact anyone as we had no problems at all-communication was great by text and email, Check in was no problem at all, information was sent in advance of stay and no problems encountered during the stay. Thanks!

Very clean and cute place in walking distance of historic downtown Cody. We enjoyed our stay, and would definitely recommend. We loved the rodeo and the Buffo Bill museum.

Very nice tiny house with all the amenities one could need. Would definitely stay here again. We extended our stay for a day with out any issue. With that said, the bedroom is a bit cramped, the internet router was in the floor at the foot of the bed, a bit of a tripping hazard. I would recommend putting it up on a shelf. The couch in the living room was the only thing that really didn't meet the standard of the rest of the house. It is pretty broken down and droops badly to the middle making it not quite comfortable. Everything else is like brand new and easy to use. Great location near downtown. We walked to breakfast. I definitely would recommend for couples or individuals.
