Beautifully decorated, 2 story beach house in PRIME ocean block location in a small, private beach association that offers a fantastic, family-friendly summer community in Ortley Beach, NJ! Located just one house from the expansive, white sand private beach with lifeguards on duty. Beach and dunes were just refurbished and expanded in summer 2018 to make an even bigger and better beach! Surfers and paddlers are welcome. Just minutes from the boardwalk and entertainment and close to Lavallette shopping, restaurants and bars.

Open floor plan on the first floor with fully equipped modern kitchen, stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar. Adjacent dining area comfortably accommodates 7+ people. Spacious living area with Smart TV, free WiFi access with large couch and a recliner sofa and a chair. Half bathroom, Easy access to secluded rear patio with Weber grill, table, chairs and umbrellas. Private, enclosed, outdoor shower. Driveway parking for 2 cars and Off-street parking for 2+ cars.

Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms and a full bath, plus a large master suite with adjoining full bath. First bedroom has a Queen bed and a TV, second bedroom has 2 twin beds, and the master en-suite has a King bed, flat screen TV and a spacious balcony/Deck. Central AC with ceiling fans in every room.

Smoke free home. Great for families. Linens and towels are the renters responsibility. Weekly beach badges for access to the private beach for the family of six can be provided and the additional badges can be purchased at the beach entrance.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund. If less than 30 days, bookings will receive a full refund ONLY if the property can be re-rented prior to your scheduled stay.

***No groups or proms. Renters must be a minimum age of 30 years. Saturday - Saturday, 7 night rental.***

Great size and location

Great place to stay, great location, great beach with quick and easy access, walking distance to many local businesses, the boardwalk, and restaurants, quiet street, great outdoor patio for entertaining guests. Would definitely rent this property again.

Super Beach House!!

Great home, stocked with everything you need, just like home. House is basically on the beach, one minute walk. Just a few minute walk to the north end of boardwalk. Owner is very easy to deal with and very nice. Will be back next year.

Perfect location for a family beach vacation

This house is in the perfect location - just walk right over to the private beach with the provided beach tags and stake out your oceanfront spot. Everything you may need like the grocery store, eateries, ice cream and shops are a quick drive or short walk away. We enjoyed the towns or Ortley Beach, Lavalette, Bay Head and Point Pleasant. You can walk to the Seaside Heights boardwalk. We had a great stay in this comfortable beach house in the perfect location.

House is very nice. Clean and comfortable. Very quiet location. Private beach is a bonus. Close to board walk, but far enough away. Kitchen pots and pans were in the best shape we've seen in a VRBO. We had a very nice time.

Our stay was wonderful and owner responsive to our questions. The outdoor area was very nice and we used it a lot. Beautiful kitchen. It was a bit tight for sleeping 8 people. Two very nice cots provided but tight to place them. Very nice experience.
