Agence Cocoonr offers this charming single-storey 70 m² house with shared swimming pool for rent, which can accommodate up to 2 travellers. It comprises a pretty 45 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a garden of around 1,000 m². Wifi, sheets and towels included. We look forward to seeing you!

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

- A spacious bedroom with a king-size bed (180×200), linked directly to the living area via an interior opening.
Communal area :
- Shared indoor swimming pool (unheated - 4 x 9 m) open from April to October.
- Terrace and garden with furniture to enjoy sunny days.
- Fully fenced olive grove
All these areas are shared with the owners and their pets.
This south-facing house is ideally located in Travaillan, in a very pleasant setting. All essential shops, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are nearby.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free directly in the house's private car park.
