Walk into the bright and spacious two-bedroom two-bathroom condo and immediately notice the stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. The open kitchen with solid surface countertops, stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar. Luxury vinyl plank floor flows throughout this entire condo. Sliding glass doors open to the waterfront lanai where you can enjoy the views, breeze and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico. The spacious guest room is perfect for family or friends. All new guest bathroom with shower/tub combination. The large primary has stunning views of the Gulf and attached all new bathroom with dual sinks and shower/tub combination.
All new furnishings throughout the entire stunning condo! Fall asleep in the primary bedroom with comfortable king bed while enjoying the sounds and views of the Gulf. Your guests will be very comfortable in the guest bedroom featuring another king bed, flat screen television and ample storage.
Spend your days shelling and sunning at the beach, swimming in the heated pool, playing tennis, pickleball, shuffle board or horseshoes. Find rare seashells on the beach outside your door. Rent bicycles and explore the island along its 25 miles of safe bike paths, one of which runs right by Pelicans Roost. Don’t miss the birds and alligators at “Ding” Darling Wildlife Refuge, the treasures on display at the Bailey Shell Museum, golf on nearby public courses, shopping in cute boutiques, or dining out on fresh seafood and family-friendly favorites.
Pelicans Roost is a small complex with only 21 units right on the beach. On three sides, it’s surrounded by palms and tropical vegetation, opening to the sparkling white sand beach and gorgeous Gulf of Mexico. It’s close to shopping, restaurants, the bike path, and tiki bars. Large, heated pool, elevator, tennis courts, shuffleboard, pickleball, horseshoe pits and 2 large community gas grills. This is the perfect spot for a Sanibel Island vacation. This unit was stunning! Simply perfect for our family weekend visit at FGCU. The couches were comfortable, the TV's were smart, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook my daughter a few home cooked meals she's missed. Several yummy restaurants near by. The beach was not crowded and the weather was lovely. We will definitely keep this as an option to revisit in the oncoming years.

Fantastic Property Met All of Our Needs

This property was everything that was advertised. It was right on the beach, was extremely clean, and well maintained. We had a great time and everything about the place was easy and stress free. They (the management company) even let us in the condo an hour early because of our flight changes. This was a fantastic find and we will definitely use them again!

Right on the beach!

Our stay was nothing short of perfect — every box checked! Two spacious king beds, a gorgeous ocean view, and just steps from the beach. The condo complex is small and peaceful, with a very comfortable living room that felt like home. Loved how private the patio is, you can’t see or hear the neighbors. Accessibility here is excellent, whether you have mobility needs or a stroller in tow. Easy parking too. Everything was spotless and updated from the unit itself and the beautifully landscaped grounds. We especially loved the beach chairs, umbrellas, sand buckets, and floats ready to go right at the beach station. I can’t wait to rent it again!

Unit was a little worn in particular bathrooms and kitchen. Great view. Easy access to the beach. Nice screened in porch. Poor instructions on how to enter the unit. Had to call the property manager the night we flew in and thankfully they guided us on how to key in as the lockbox was not placed outside of the unit as stated.
