The living room has 2 sofas and a large screen TV, a pellet stove as well as board games and books. A toilet and a room with washing machine. A bedroom with a 140cm double bed, shower room and toilet. The ground floor has 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds and 3 bathrooms with 3 toilets. WIFI throughout the house. The garden has a terrace with table and 8 chairs, garden furniture and 2 deckchairs and a bench as well as a barbecue. Located 200m from the lake of Parentis-Biscarrosse in the heart of the village of Gastes, 20km from the first beaches of the ocean and 40km from the Dune of Pilat
