A cozy cement block built vacation home, with metal roof and storm proof windows. Located in tropical Vero Beach South, Florida (no flood zone). The home is in a quiet neighborhood, approximately 6 miles from beautiful beaches. Vero Beach is one of Florida’s best kept secrets with plenty of culture, top rated restaurants, shopping, fishing, wildlife & amazing beaches with no traffic.

The space
If you are traveling in a Small Camper/RV, or you have a boat, come on over, park it, and enjoy your stay with a large backyard and a fun size pool and take in the sun from morning till dusk :)

Family Florida Vacation

Communication was was excellent with the host throughout the 8 day trip. We enjoyed the enclosed back lanai very much. The 3rd bedroom had two twin beds which was so nich to have for the two teenage girls. Location not too far from beach or restaurants. Very nice stay.

Fishing Trip weekend

We booked a few days of fishing in the Fellsmere area and decided to stay in he Vero beach area. The house was perfect for our needs with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. Great neighborhood, easy access. Very clean and new! Great place!

Loved our stay!

Sammy was the best host we’ve ever had. He was very responsive. The home is only a few years old and has front and back screened-in porches. Everything worked great.

The perfect spot

Our visit to Vero's Cove couldn't have been more perfect. The home had everything we needed (even coffee and cupcakes). The home was super clean and in a great location. We felt like we were staying at a friends house as the host stayed in touch if there was anything else we needed. Just hope on our next trip that this home is available. John and Debbie

Sammy’s beautiful home

Sammy’s home is a great place to stay! It’s a good location in a friendly neighborhood. It is a little further away from the beach and other popular spots (took 25-30 min to get anywhere) but I found that I was happy about that. We had dogs and it was perfect for walking them. The back yard has a natural shrub barrier providing privacy. The house is comfortable for 4 adults. It is incredibly clean! I would stay here again if we return to the Vero area.

Easter with family in Vero

Awesome house! Very clean, great backyard for bocce and bbq. Owner was super at answering questions. We were able to visit with family and felt like we were at a home away from home.

Cozy little space

The place was very nice, comfy beds and plenty of room to sit/hang out. Only complaint would be the bugs: wasp nest right above the front door, black widow web under one of the back porch chairs, and more roaches than I would have liked to see, we killed quite a few and kept finding more - probably from the rain and whatnot. The location was great, tucked away but close to everything. Usage of laundry was nice and the kitchen had more tools than we could think of!

Vero Beach Strong House

This was our first time using VRBO, and our first visit to Florida’s East coast. The VRBO process was easy and the vacation home we rented was exactly as pictured. We were very comfortable in this lovely clean home located about 5 miles from the beach and central to lots of restaurants and shops. We fell in love with Vero Beach, all the beauty of the West Coast, without all the crowds and traffic. We would highly recommend this property.
