About this property

We offer a great value in the much sought after & charming "Old Florida" neighborhood of Summerplace. Our vacation home is just a short five minutes walk to an unspoiled private beach. There are two bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Queen beds in both bedrooms. Outdoor stairs lead up to the “tree” house that is surrounded by mature trees and lush foliage. Lots of privacy. The open floor plan living area opens to the fully supplied kitchen (with a microwave/convection oven) and dining area. The house was recently renovated and is furnished for comfort. There is a large screened porch and another enclosed sitting area. You will have access to beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, 2 bikes, fishing gear, TV and Wi-Fi. Plenty of parking in driveway and carport- enough room for 3 or 4 cars. An outdoor shower conveniently located in the carport for rinsing off after visiting the beach. Come and stay for a week or a month! We offer discounts for monthly stays. Travel Nurses and Corporate Travelers are welcome for extended stays of 60 days or more at market value rates. Tree House

My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay at the Hawley Tree House. The location was perfect, short walk to the ocean, great neighbors and plenty to do around the area. Liz was a great host, very good about getting back with us anytime we needed anything. Excellent stay!!

Another great stay at the treehouse!

We are repeat renters of this property, and can't say enough great things about it. The place is clean, quiet (even over labor day weekend!) and has everything you would want for a great vacation stay. It's a secluded and cool retreat from the growing hubbub of Florida, and the place is clean and feels new. Had a fantastic time visiting friends and nature viewing in this underrated part of the state. Thanks to the hosts, fantastic job as usual!

Little piece of paradise

We love the treehouse, nestled in a little piece of paradise. The house has everything you need to enjoy a perfect vacation. We love how close it is to the private beach. The whole area is quiet and peaceful.

Why they chose this property

The Hawley Tree House is a family home. Many happy times were spent here with our late parents who moved to the Treasure Coast in the eighties and had the home built to their specifications.There was a lot of love invested in it and a treasure trove of memories were made here.

What makes this property unique

The house is just two blocks from a private beach in a friendly, quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The updates we have done, such as new vinyl plank flooring throughout and new oven and stove top, new TV, new beds, new toilets and fresh paint throughout, make staying in the home carefree.
