Fly kite, watch whales, collect agates, stroll, bike, jog, walk, fish surf, make a bonfire etc..

Tight space, if you’re over 5’10 you’re probably gonna hit your head on the ceiling. Guardrail on the stairs in falling apart and barely being held up, room was not properly cleaned, lots on gunk in all the corners, spider webs eye level and on the ceilings, pots and pans and plates and cups were all there, but dollar tree quality. Poor customer service from hosts. Ocean view was nice, probably nicer from the other rooms.
The view was insanely gorgeous. An amazing view of the water. And it was rustic and cozy. The location made it easy to go to go sightseeing, and it had so many cute shops around. There was always parking, the place was heated well and we had no issues checking in and out. There was only minor issues like there being a few spiderwebs between the ceiling beams, and in a few nooks and cranny’s it wasn’t the cleanest like under the bathroom sink (something rolled under lol). But it was an overall great trip and a very very cute place to stay.
There is somethings that could be changed to make the stay better but overall it was a great stay. The view was amazing and it was a great location. We would stay there again.

Host changed units in us day of arrival. The unit we stayed in was unfinished and had some cleaning issues. We had to clean the room floors and counters when we got into the unit. Some mold and mildew issues need to be felt with. Had the windows open and fan bringing in fresh air continuously. Site was quiet and property has great views.

Huge Spider webs at the entrance and in the living room/kitchen ceiling. Strong musky smell… Other than that it was nice.
We got in around 9pm and no lights were on and it was very cold. It took a long time to warm up. The stairs are very steep and the dog had trouble going up and down them. The bed was shaky due to the frame and mattress was well used. It was really windy and the house had lots of noises and the flags on top of the building would whistle. Very vintage and cute. Enjoyed the view of the ocean.
Outstanding location, clean, quaint, everything in working order. I'm 6'5" so for me a bit of a Hobbit hut. Upstairs with angled ceilings sort of like a converted attic. Great view! - Very nice overall, and would stay again when in the area.

I booked a small 1bdroom for 4 people here. I rented a house but we were only allowed 16 and we had 20. The unit was for 4 people but my mistake was i didnt see they charge extra after 2. 20pp. I recieved an email stating they were upgrading our unit to a larger unit. Then i was asked for 80 and told its a good thing we upgraded you to a larger unit you didnt report 4 extra people and we seen on surveillance. I apologized and stated it would only be 4. My family checked in put their bags in and headed to ours. I admitted my mistake and said id happily pay the 40 for the 2 extra. It would only be 4 total. My family came to our place and i was told the guy who lived on the premises was rude to them , the unit was still very small and there was clothes left in the drawers(not ours) and it wasn't as clean as it should've been. When i brought this to the attention of whomever was responding to my messages i was pretty much called a liar stating there wasn't clothes left and the unit was clean. They said the upgrade gave them a dining table, real wood fireplace and was larger. After bringing this to their attention I was threatened to be reported for saying there was 4 instead of 2 after already apologizing and stating id pay the fee. They didnt like i was pointing neg things out. My guests checked in dropped off luggage and came to our rental. They went back hours later to check out. I told them They need to work on Customer service, Communication and Housekeeping skills.

Thank you for your review. We are rustic and vintage, but will be performing updating gradually throughout the winter. Hope you enjoyed the ocean views from all windows and one of the best locations in the area and the fact that we have full kitchens in all our units.
We were so very grateful to find a place to stay that was near the beach during the heat wave that we didn't care what about the quality of the place. The air was cool and we loved the relief we got when we left the hot city. However, for the amount of money we paid, I think the place needs a bit of an upgrade. The kitchen drawers had rust in them, the soap in the bathroom was a bottle of dish soap and there was not enough toilet paper, the couch smells like pets and once you sit down you better not want to get up without someone helping you up. The people that hosted us were very nice but not on site.

Tiny but cute. Tall people be aware of lower ceilings. Cozy vibes for our anniversary and great view of the ocean.

Ivan was the best!
Upon my arrival the people staying in room 2, entered my room (1). The child gotten under the sheets on the bed and messed up the bed. The mother took a shower in my shower. When they left they went into my room, unannounced to retrieve the child’s pillow. But other than that it was great.
Absolutely not true!!! So sad when guests don't read description about steep stairs and not being recommended for seniors and small children and our property being rustic, vintage! Then go online to give bad review after unsuccessful attempts to get money back - PREVENTING OTHER GUESTS FROM ENJOYING OUR PROPERTY WITH SPECTACULAR OCEAN VIEWS IN ONE OF THE BEST LOCATIONS IN TOWN.
Our units are SPOTLESS CLEAN!!! Pure slander!!!

Overpriced
The best part of our stay was the view and somewhat easy beach assess. Unfortunately, the property appeared to need some work. For example, some of the stove burners didn't work, the couch was falling apart and a back breaker, and the fridge was received unplugged. We weren't informed that it was unplugged. Luckily, we were able to save our food. Overall, the cost of a 4 night stay was extremely overpriced compared to the quality of the accommodations. Also, do not stay here if you are tall because the ceilings are low and slanted.
