Utilizo Interhome desde el año 1987 y nunca he entrado en una casa con tantos defectos. A saber, una máquina excavadora en plena calle de acceso a la casa, demencial. La cocina con electrodomésticos estropeados (campana extractora, nevera). La grifería, en general, con poca potencia y filtros obturador. Un enorme hormiguero junto al porche. La persiana de un dormitorio estropeada (lo único que sí se solucionó con prontitud y eficacia). En fín, necesita un buen "repaso" de mantenimiento.

La casa está bien, pero tiene carencias

Pedimos hacer el check-in a las 12. El mismo día, estando ya en la Ametlla, nos dijeron que no estaría disponible hasta las 16. Cuando llegamos, tuvimos que esperar cerca de 1h más hasta que nos dieron las llaves. Hay muchos mosquitos, y las piedras de alrededor de la piscina molestan si se pisan descalzo. Faltan utensilios en la cocina, las ollas no son adecuadas para los fogones y cuando se utilizan, manchan. Acceder a ella sin coche es difícil. No hay ventilador ni parasol.

This time window allows our professional cleaning teams to get all holiday accommodations ready and cleaned before new guests arrive. Regarding the cookware, a check has been made, however if you think there are missing items you can always contact our colleagues on site and they will provide you the utensils. VACACIONES EN FAMILIA

La casa está muy bien pero necesita una buena limpieza, está un poco dejada (manchas ... de mosquitos muertos en las paredes, los rieles de las ventanas están fatal de porquería, la nevera rota, los colchones y almohadas necesitan un cambio, al igual que las cortinas de la ducha...) Por contra, la piscina es ideal y el terreno para las mascotas (mis perrillos disfrutaron mucho). La zona es tranquila, que es lo que buscábamos, cerca del Mercadona, de Ametlla de Mar y de las preciosas calas

Nevertheless, thanks to your comments the walls were cleaned and all stains removed. Brand new mattresses will be installed ready for the new season. We thank you for your comments.

Casa bonita pero sucia

La casa es grande, bonita, pero le hace falta un buen mantenimiento, una buena mano d pintura, y una buena limpieza.. donde la piscina hay piedras y se nota que no han recogido lo de los anteriores inquilinos (habian palillos, papel de plata, y guarrerias varias). Dentro.. las paredes ... porque la gente que es un poco guarra, se a dedicado a aplastarlos en la pared.. no se, daba un aspecto muy sucio eso... faltaban cortinas de baño, espejos, los fogones daban miedo encenderlos

Muy decepcionado

La verdad muy decepcionado la casa cuando llegamos la tuvimos que limpiar nosotros ya que por debajo de las camas estaban supersucias el sofá con migas de pan los plafones de las luces llenos de mosquitos muertos , dos de.los lavabos con 2 bombillas fundidas cada uno, las luces de el jardín también con 2 luces fundidas, uno de los grifos de un servicio no salía agua de la cal que tenía, bueno esto es por falta de visión y revisión de las instalaciones, y la limpieza es de denuncia con el covid .

After being in contact with the colleagues at the location, we were happy to be informed that a technician was sent on the same day as your comments to them, and was able to repair all lightbulbs and the taps which are still now running correctly. The cleaning team was sent to the property to rectify any cleaning errors.

Tres días en la mejor compañía

Es ideal para estancias cortas con amigos o familia tiene barbacoa y hamacas, la piscina está muy bien. La casa bien, pero un aire acondicionado iría de perlas, las camas tienen algo deteriorados los somiers y hacen ruido, llegamos y había una silla rota, una persiana y un cajón de congrlador la anterior visita fue algo durilla por lo que nos comentaron. También estaría bien poder alargar la estancia el último día aunque sea por un módico precio como hacen en los campings. A las 10.00 es justo

A late check out can be requested and usually accepted, on the conditon that there is no other guest arriving after your stay, however this was the case at the end of your holiday which is why the 10am departure had to be upheld. New mattresses will be purchased and installed for the new season and the beds adjusted so that they are no longer creaking. A new chair was installed to replace the broken one. Thank you.

Maison vieillissante, beaucoup de choses vétustes, cassées..., lampe de chevet sans ampoule, lumière exterieure qui ne fonctionne pas, store banne endommagé.... Pas pratique du tout pour rentrer et sortir les voitures car ruelle en cul de sac très étroite avec les voisins garés sur les côtés Inadaptée pour 12 personnes : 1 saladier, aucun plat, 2 verres a pied, pas d économe, ouvre boite, pas de casserole, 2 minuscules poêles, 4 bains de soleil dont 2 cassés, un etendoir a linge minuscule et cassé, 1 balai avec un demi manche, pas de ramasse poussière... Grande proximité avec les voisins qui pour notre expérience était tres bruyants ! L absence de climatisation rend les nuits très difficile Le wifi ne fonctionne quasiment jamais Bref deception
