The accommodation

On the ground floor you will find a charming entrance hall leading to a spacious living room and an elegant dining room that can comfortably seat up to 12 people with large floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the beautiful garden with mulberry, cyca and phoenix palms. The living room is equipped with a SONOS sound system and a 120 cm flat screen TV with access to SKY/N-Sat channels and a small electric piano corner.

A spacious and generously equipped kitchen provides all the top of the range appliances such as the "American" fridge, ceramic hob and family oven, microwave as well as a pantry/laundry room where you will find a large fridge freezer, washing machine and dryer.

A hallway leads to the master bedroom with a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom including a jacuzzi bath, shower and double sink and wc. Two further good sized double bedrooms share a bathroom fitted with a bath. The ground floor also has a separate WC.

On the lower floor you will find a second living room with sofa and TV to relax in a cosy corner or maintain your fitness with the professional weights and high-quality fitness equipment that you will also find there. This special room can also become another bedroom with a beautiful king size double bed that instantly folds down from the fully composed wall - whenever needed. This bed sleeps 2 more, more than the recommended 12 people for the villa.

A fourth double bedroom includes a king-size bed, also equipped with a large TV with access to N-Sat and another en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower and separate toilet.

The last two double bedrooms are small and without the same luxury but still air-conditioned. Each contains two single beds, including bunk beds in one bedroom and can be suitable for children or teenagers looking for their own space. Alternatively, one of these bedrooms makes excellent accommodation for the staff.

A large terrace equipped with a summer kitchen with barbecue, is the perfect place to sip cocktails while relaxing on a sunbed or on the outdoor sofas. The private garden is enclosed and very safe for children as well as fully lit in the evening to swim at any time if you wish.

A nice staircase leads to the pool and pool house where you will find a pizza oven as well as an ideally placed toilet and sink, and outdoor shower.

Up to 9 comfortable beds will be made just before your arrival with top quality linens and fluffy white towels/bath towels ready and waiting for you. There is enough room for up to 12 adults and two additional babies can sleep safely in the travel cots provided. The bed space includes the use of a high quality fold-down double bed hidden in the wall of the games room when not in use.
Rental only from Saturday to Saturday or from Sunday to Sunday.
