Entry into lounge (wood-burning stove). 3 steps down to well equipped fitted kitchen with access to large south-facing terrace (100 sq.m.), ideal for relaxing in peace and quiet. Shower room/WC (walk-in shower). Upper floor: mezzanine bedroom (two 90x200cm beds), spacious bedroom (160x200cm bed). Vaulted cellar available.|Gîte renovated and decorated with quality materials. Heating: electric and wood (free firewood). Nearby: footpaths, paragliding, trail running, fishing, etc. Worth a visit: Cerdon caves, Glacières de Sylan (historic ice business), Resistance museum, Comb museum, Marmites de Géants (potholes in riverbed caused by erosion, etc.).
