On the ground floor: Entrance hall, living room/kitchenette and lounge area (insert fireplace: wood provided), bathroom/WC, laundry room. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds), shower room/WC. Electric heating. Large covered terrace 20 m². Enclosed grounds, children's games. TV, DVD player. Cleaning charge possible: €50. To discover near the gîte: the Maison du Marais (free entry), the stilt trails, the Bugey cellars. Very pretty view of the Colombier, GR9. Aix les Bains 25 km, Annecy 50 km.
