Small, completely self-contained gîte (32 sq.m.) on 2 levels in owner's villa. Free access to private swimming pool (2-8pm). Ground floor: kitchen/dining area, lounge (sofa bed, single bed), shower room. 1st floor: bedroom (2 single beds). Central heating. Fenced garden, terrace, garden furniture, BBQ. Fixed charge for optional cleaning: 40€. Water-skiing at Montrevel 2km. Consult owner if you want to bring pet(s). discretion, availability, generosity (garden vegetables).
