The house is close to the city, the forest and the beach. In the immediate neighborhood there are large green areas with a playground, petanque, beach volley court and more. In the marina is a boat ramp. The house in Gråsten is located not far from the castle of the same name. The house is a good base for excursions.

Visit the swimming pool with wellness area only 300 meters away. There is a café and a restaurant in the bath. Do you want to enjoy wellness in a private setting, then you will find a whirlpool and sauna in the cottage.

Visit Aabenraa, Sønderborg or Flensburg in this historic landscape. In this beautiful area there are also many beautiful hiking and biking trails. The Flensburg Fjord is also ideal for anglers. There is a fish cleaning station in the marina. Golfers will find a course not far away at Bennigsgaard Golf Center, it is set in a protected nature area ? Rinkenæs ? which is also historically interesting area.

At the bathing water reed grows, but there is a bathing jetty leading into the water.

Tolles Haus

Ich hätte gerne 5 Sterne gegeben, weil wir uns wirklich wohl gefühlt haben. Es war beim ersten Eindruck gleich so, als wären wir schon Wochen dort. Alles da, was das Herz begehrt. Whirlpool und Sauna sauber. Zimmer sauber. Leider gab es 2 Mankos. Wir hatten in 2 Zimmern Schimmel an den Fenstern, nicht viel ,aber es war nun mal so. Bei der Abholung des Schlüssels wurde vergessen uns das Bettzeug mitzugeben, das wurde aber abends persönlich zu uns gebracht - echt top.
