We appreciate you sharing your feedback about the upstairs bedroom temperature. Because that room is connected to the main living area below, heat used to warm the larger space can rise and collect upstairs at night. We’ve provided ceiling fans and floor fans to help circulate the air, though that area does not have a separate heating system. Thank you again for staying with us and for your helpful feedback.
