This OCEANFRONT unit will confirm that life is definitely better at the beach. Tile floors throughout, wrap around oceanfront balcony, gorgeous views from the master with balconies on each side, assigned underground parking for one, full-size laundry in the unit, located 2 miles north of the "World Famous Daytona Beach" sign proves that "Life is better at the beach". The guest bedrooms provide sleeping for the family providing a twin over full bunk bed and a twin bed in the middle room while the round room has a queen bed with a daybed. Adjacent to the guest bedrooms is the guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo and plenty of counter space.
**2025 UPDATES - This building in undergoing an extensive concrete restoration project. The south end where this unit is located is now undergoing construction. NOISE is likely Monday - Friday 745 a to 4 pm weather permitting. At this time, the balcony is closed from 7:45 a to 4 pm as the swing stages will be traveling up and down the building. Updates will be given as this unit becomes more involved***
