Just minutes from the Galleria, Medical Center, Rice Village, Rice University, Zoo and NRG Stadium.
Cozy, clean, first/grown floor, controlled access community.
This 2/2 condo is all inclusive, (water, electricity, basic cable). 2 Queen Beds, full size washer and dryer in the unit, 2 full baths, utilities included, Kitchen and Living room with a TV, Pool and Tennis Court also in the complex!
This is a NON-smoking apartment. NO pets allowed.

We enjoyed our stay in the quiet, very clean and cozy apartment during our recent visit to Houston. It is our second time to stay here and we love the convenience, safety and solitude it provides. Great communication from host.
