Quiet and simple

This was a good location. Central to wherever we were going. Even though it is a large complex it was very quiet. The unit has the needed amenities. The host was quick to reply and provide assistance when needed.

We were designated a parking spot, near a door where the key fob that was provided didn’t work. Then we found out it didn’t work on any of the doors. We also were to be provided a parking pass for the designated spot. Was not able to locate one. So we went to the leasing office where they informed us it was up to the lease holder to provide. We had to them move our car to visitor parking which was 4 levels higher than where we were staying. We also found live and dead roaches in the apartment. We contacted the host, who was not responsive until we contacted customer service. Nothing was resolved, the location was great for the NRG stadium. That was the only positive thing about this place

Since your stay, we have addressed each of the concerns you raised: • Key fob access: The malfunctioning fob has been replaced and tested at all entry points to ensure full, reliable access for all future guests. • Parking pass & designated spot: We’ve updated our check-in process so the parking pass is now placed inside the unit before arrival. We’ve also reconfirmed our assigned space with the building to prevent any confusion and ensure guests can park without inconvenience. • Pest concern: A professional pest-control service completed a full treatment of the unit, and we’ve implemented ongoing maintenance to guarantee the apartment stays clean and pest-free. • Communication: We take responsiveness very seriously, and we’ve improved our guest-support system so messages are answered promptly — including after-hours. While I’m glad the location worked well for your NRG Stadium visit, I’m genuinely sorry the rest of your experience fell short. Great comfy place

To start of Ugo was very easy to deal with, he was very quick responding to any concerns or questions. The location was ideal for anyone looking for NGR stadium events, literally 4 blocks away! I would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay near NGR stadium. Tall sealing, 1 bed , I couldn’t have had it any other way for the price and the location. Over all phenomenal

The apartment was amazing and Ugo a great host. The property itself (the complex) needs to care more. The pool was completely trashed, trash and smells in the hallway. If you're a tenant here complain to mamagement

Extended stay for attending MD Anderson appointments

The property is conveniently located to MD Anderson, which was a main reason on booking and that was the best part. The owner was GREAT about communication and even let us drop off luggage before our 3pm check in. He was SUPER responses to all my questions. The apartment needs some love. Noticed Roaches the first few nights and owner call to have Orkin spray. I purchased some pans and spatula due to the condition of pans in condo. The bathmats need to be replaced. Curtain in bedroom needs another panel to block out the lights at night. The worst part for me was when changing the bed sheets there were stains on mattress. In need of a new mattress and suggest adding a mattress cover. Carpets seems dirty as well and owner said he is replacing soon. Overall it worked for our 24 day stay. There are several homeless folks living near the apartment but wasn't an issue. Side note, great location for places to eat out or pick up and Kroger is directly across the street as well.
