Comfortable apartment house "De Zeeparel". At the seaside, on the beach, road to cross. In the house: WiFi. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house. Supermarket 600 m, restaurant 500 m, bar 500 m, bus stop "Boulevard Noord" 100 m, diving center 10 km. Golf course (9 hole) 8 km. Nearby attractions: Vuurtoren Jan van Speijck 600 m, Abdij van Egmond 5 km, Nationaal Biermuseum 9 km, Kaasmarkt Alkmaar 10 km, De Zaansche Molen 21 km. The costs for a babycot includes bed linnen. Additional cleaning costs will be charged for stays longer than 2 weeks (95 Euro per week).The key has to be collected at De MeerParel in Uitgeest.

Es ist der zweite Aufenthalt gewesen und leider ist es ernüchternd, dass in den 3 Jahren nichts gemacht wurde. Zweifelsohne ist die Lage top, auch der vorhandene Parkplatz ist super. Das Haus selbst ist abgewöhnt, Matratzen sind durch, Kissen sind mies, Spiegel gerissen, Schimmel in der Dusche, Wände verfleckt. Eben Dinge, die man im Laufe der Zeit locker erneuern könnte und sollte. In der Dusche konnte man die Temperatur nicht regeln, nach Reklamation wurde es behoben. Nur kleine Handtücher!

Jammer dat er geen smart tv is. Vertrek om 10uur is ook wat vroeg. Verder alles erg netjes en schoon.

Tolles modernes Ferienhaus mit super Meerblick

Wir haben das Flat Fish Ferienhaus gemietet für 2 Erwachsene und 2 kleine Kinder. Dafür ist der Platz angemessen. Bei 4 Erwachsenen wird's eng. Die Ausstattung ist grandios und erfüllt alle Wünsche so wie beschrieben. Es ist alles sehr sauber und modern. Der Concierge ist sehr hilfsbereit und spricht sehr gut deutsch. Leider hatten wir viel Regen aber die Fenster wurden immer gereinigt damit der Blick aufs Meer ungetrübt bleibt. Alles in allem war es ein gelungener Urlaub. Meer und Strand von der Haustür. Beim nächsten mal wünschen wir uns mehr Sonne.
