If you’re ready to wake up feeling refreshed in a new king-sized bed, open your door to fresh air, and step out onto your back porch to enjoy a view of the Smoky mountains, Moonlight Cottage could be perfect for your upcoming getaway.

Moonlight Cottage is a quaint little cottage centrally located in Wears Valley making it easily accessible to nearly all local attractions. This includes, but is not limited to:

- A 15-minute drive to one of the Smoky Mountain National Park Entrances. From here you will have access to a multitude of hiking trails, sight-seeing opportunities, and another short drive to Cades Cove to view wildlife.

- 8.8 miles from the house to Pigeon Forge Parkway (441) for Dollywood, Splash Country, dinner shows, etc.

- 1.5 miles to Wears Valley convenience stores, antique shops, souvenir shops, local general stores, banks, etc.

- 15.7 miles to Gatlinburg’s wide range of dining, art, and shopping options.

If you are on a romantic trip with your honey, you may prefer just to kick your shoes off, throw a steak on the charcoal grill, and dine under the stars on the patio overlooking the majestic mountains before retreating to the jetted whirlpool tub built for two! The spacious king-size bed is complete with a lodge-look metal bed, and the jetted whirlpool tub and an electric black marble fireplace add swoon-worthy romantic touches.

If bringing along another person or couple, the living room includes the option of a comfy queen air mattress with fresh linens provided, and for your recreation, it also includes a 40 inch flat screen TV. The kitchenette is fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, silverware, coffee maker, and mini-fridge.

The front porch is easily accessible and provides an awesome view of the morning dawn on the mountain drapery as you enjoy that first morning cup of coffee in one of the four chairs already there for you. The back deck has exquisite views of the morning sunrise and the moon at night.

We are progressively going out of our way to improve this property and want to spoil you a little bit while you are in the Smokies!

The house was very clean when we arrived. Housekeeping even had music on when we came arrived. After getting settled felt perfectly at home. Spoke to the host several times. Made sure we had all we needed. Checked with us again as we were leaving to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Will definitely book again.

Anniversary trip

Everything went smoothly and we had a great trip! The cabin is cute with great views and the screen helps the hot tub to feel private. Owner is still doing renovations but nothing felt undone. Very close to a lot of cute shops and restaurants in Wears Valley.

Great anniversary getaway for two!

Property is amazing! Just secluded enough that it’s quiet, but close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg! Views and hot tub were our favorite part. Property owner was very responsive and helpful when we had a little problem.
