The living room and dining room have a modern sheetrock design.
Built-in kitchen with oven, microwave, electric can opener, blender, toaster and kitchen utensils.
The room has Play Station 4, 49 "TV, cable TV, Netflix, 3D game device and air conditioning.
The apartment has an intelligent system that allows you to control the air conditioning, turning on the TV and the lights in the living room and bathroom, as well as viewing the entrance and parking cameras. This system also allows you to put music and browse YouTube.
We also have a fish tank with different fish for your relaxation.
Another important aspect is that it has a room to train martial arts and some tools for exercise, as well as a towel sterilizing machine.
In addition, for your relaxation we have a terrace on the roof, ideal to spend a romantic night under the light of the moon and the stars.
As a measure of the covid we have at the entrance an antibacterial gel dispenser and a steaming machine.
Inside the apartment we have several board games for your entertainment.
