The house was beautiful and exactly as it appeared on the website. It was a very spacious place and fit the needs of my family nicely. My grandkids loved the pool in the backyard and played in it for hours everyday. They also liked playing ping pong and shooting hoops in the garage area. This was our first visit to Fort Myers Beach and we all had a very enjoyable time. The property manager for this property was very helpful and always responded promptly to any questions that I had. He was very nice to deal with.

Great property on a dead end street. We have stayed at a lot of beach houses over the years and they provided plenty of beach chairs / umbrellas / toys / Cooler, it was nice not to have to worry about those items once we got there. The walk to the beach is very short.

A beautiful new second row home. Currently a nice view of the ocean from the 2nd and 3rd floor. There was ample room and it was beautifully decorated. Just minutes from Times Square. The pool was nice and there are numerous pool and beach toys provided.

This was a great place to stay over spring break (3/14-3/21). We had unobstructed beach and ocean views from both balconies. The interior of this home is immaculate and all the furniture including the beds were very comfortable. Everything you need for a great stay is included for the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room areas. There are ample pool floats and chairs for the pool as well as chairs and umbrellas and a wagon for the beach. We would highly recommend staying at this property for a nice family vacation.

This house is STUNNING! Everything is new, everything you might need is well-stocked (plenty of bath towels, beach towels, toiletries, paper products, beach toys, chairs, wagons and umbrella, pool toys for the private pool, which was perfect, every kitchen tool & item you could need, giant washer & dryer, lots of games, 2 Smart TVs), 3 beautiful full bathrooms one “pool” bathroom, lots of room for 7 adults and 1 toddler, central A/C: the only thing you need to bring is yourselves and groceries. The house was spotless when we arrived, with every bathroom linen closet FULL of clean towels. If I had toured many houses in the area, in person, I definitely would have chosen this house. Every thing about it was PERFECT! My family LOVED it here!

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this home! Extremely clean. Beautiful views. The adults & preteen/teens definitely enjoyed cooling off in the pool. The elevator was nice for luggage. The beach wasn't crowded at all in this location. The guys really enjoyed the surf fishing. We would definitely stay here again!

If you're looking for a great family house on Fort Myers Beach, look no further. John has a wonderful place that is a short walk to the beach. The house has everything that a family could want for a fun vacation. We appreciated the beach umbrellas, beach chairs, wagon and cooler that are available. We used the pool every afternoon, for a relaxing family get together. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with everything yiu need to cook with.

The house was just as described. The layout was very well thought out for families. Everything you need for the pool or beach is here - just show up and enjoy your vacation. The only draw back is the traffic makes it time consuming to go anywhere but this has nothing to do with the quality of the home. House is great and it is so good to see Fort Myers recovering.

Beach House 17-24 May

What a wonderful house! The house is well stocked with everything you could possibly need, plenty of towels for the bathrooms and beach/pool. Fabulous kitchen you really don't need to leave the property. I didn't really want to leave a review so this hidden gem will get super popular and won't be available when I want to visit again :) Our week here was enjoyed by all! Thank you again John for letting us enjoy this beautiful property.

Brand New Paradise

What an amazing week we just had at FMB. We stayed at this location prior to hurricane Ian. It was gut wrenching to see all the destruction, but amazed by how much the island is coming back! What an AMAZING location. Brand new everything! Has EVERYTHING you could possibly need (including beach towels, chairs, cart, pool toys, etc, etc). House is furnished to the MAX! Has anything and everything you would need! Beds are so comfortable and the bathrooms are stunning! House is basically on the beach with a 69 second walk.wonderful pool and lounge area in back. SOO much room. Book without ANY hesitation - you will not be disappointed!!! Can’t wait to make this an annual stay!
