While I appreciate the quick responses from both VRBO and the host, this property was terrible. We had to book last minute (as VRBO did not realize the other property we booked was off the market - even though we booked a year previous) and this property was dirty (used toothbrushes and no drain plug in the bathroom) and not as pictured. The property is not well kept up and the amenities are all but non-existent. It is a townhouse that is 15 minutes from downtown and is priced at 30% more than the (single family home) property we had booked in the downtown area. We booked 3 nights but left to go to a hotel after the first night. I did not realize that the 'policy' is that we need to notify about any issues before the booking is complete so there was no interest or willingness from the host in providing any refunds or relief. I was just happy to be out of the property and staying at a cheap (but clean) hotel we could find in the area. A very, very disappointing experience. This property should be removed from the VRBO site.

Short trip planned, one night to Raleigh for music at The Bowstring Pizza venue. This place was very close to venue. Back porch for few drinks before leaving. Not many drinking cups in kitchen if you have several ppl in your group.

It Was Perfect for Us!

The space was perfect for us, anywhere from just one to up to four of us per night. We couldn't hear others in the house when we were in our bedrooms, so those who wanted to sleep in or go to bed early had plenty of quiet, while the others could stay up and enjoy! Quiet and comfy ac. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Location was great -- we went to a concert at the Walnut Creek Pavilion and were in and out and back home easily. Just over 10 mins to downtown, easy ride to the airport, shops, etc. A small caveat if you have challenged knees -- the steps leading up to the bedroom level were long and kinda steep. Extra shout out to Jae for being available for any and all questions, and for going above and beyond to help out with environmental sensitivities (I requested he use unscented laundry detergent for our sheets and towels and he did, and he left the detergent for us to use.) Thanks, Jae! We'll remember our time here fondly and with much gratitude!
