Location
The home is located near Downtown Raleigh in the walkable and charming Boylan Heights neighborhood. Restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and a grocery store are all within easy walking distance. Wye Hill, Rebus Market, Trophy Brewing & Pizza, and more!

Living Spaces
You'll enter into a spacious, open-concept living area featuring a cozy couch and TV setup, a large dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Bedrooms
There are two bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen bed, soft pillows, and fresh linens. One bedroom also includes a desk setup that’s great for remote work.

Bathrooms
Each bedroom has its own full en-suite bathroom — one with a walk-in shower and the other with a bathtub. We provide body wash, shampoo, conditioner, towels, and a hair dryer.

Laundry
• Washer and dryer in a dedicated laundry room
• Detergent, iron, and ironing board provided

Enjoy the cozy back patio with string lights, located right along the train tracks — a unique and relaxing spot to unwind.

Guests have full access to the home with the exception of two locked closets for personal belongings & supplies.

Other things to note
We don't have a dishwasher.
The home backs up to the train tracks. Most guests have said it’s not an issue, but if you’re particularly sensitive to noise, please keep this in mind.
