It is convenient to all the area recreation including hiking, biking, golf, lakes, downtown Wilmington is just 10 minutes away. The main level has a mudroom entry, laundry room (full size washer and dryer), newly updated fully equipped kitchen, living room with new stone fireplace including remote controlled gas insert, dining area, four season enclosed sunroom area with TV, bedroom, and a full bath. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms plus a playroom loft (including desk) with full bath.

Beds: 1 Queen, 2 Double/Full

Homeowner has included an allocation for utilities (gas, lawn mowing, electric, trash pickup, internet) and any excessive usage will be the tenants responsibility.

LINENS: Bed linens and towels are included in the rental.

Perfect for us

We were looking for a quiet place in the mountains and it turned out to be perfect. We felt welcomed right from the start. Christopher's place is very bright, equipped with the best, super comfortable and spotless. The interior looks so new and it is nicely decorated. The location is awesome, great for hiking, biking and kayaking during the summer. Would definitely come back again.
