Please be sure to make sure the remotes for each TV are in the room that they belong to and accounted for. Turn off the AC and all lights. Leave bed sheets on beds; Place all used towels in the garage
Bag up any trash that is in the kitchen and bathrooms and place it in the trash bin in the garage (May be outside of house)
The checkout time is at 12 PM. If you aren’t out of the house by then, we’re going to have to charge you a late fee of $30. (We need time to get the house ready for our next guests)
