Walking into this beautiful masterpiece you experience cascading waterfalls and anticipate the views that only a villa of this class can bring. From the moment you walk through the front door you are taken away by the most breathtaking views you have ever seen!

This is the PERFECT villa for entertaining! It has privacy and the best views you can find in Cabo. Villa Buena Vida has been the #1 rented villa in Cabo/Pedregal for the last 10 years because it has unmatchable views, it is beautifully styled, the staff is exceptional, and it is priced reasonably.

The newly expanded heated pool with hot tub has an infinity edge so you wont know where the pool ends and where the ocean begins. It is spectacular! You can sit on one of the three bar stools at the edge of the pool looking directly down on the crashing waves and out over the Pacific Ocean. The toughest decision may be canceling your plans to go into town because you are having too much fun at the villa. You may choose to have a sporting event on the 2 large TV's, while listening to your bluetooth with speakers throughout the main level, between games of pool and swimming. Or you may just want to lay out and relax on the fantastic deck overlooking infinite views of the Pacific.

This villa is the ultimate in luxury. Bartender, daily maid service and a full time staff of six ensure the best service and are included with rental. Limited chef services are also available. You will be spoiled as you enjoy this magnificent villa with friends and family. Other services can be arranged at the villa such as professional massage services, music performers, and just about anything that Cabo has to offer!

During the winter months you will have a front row seat for the migrating whales! Each of the 10 bedrooms come equipped with satellite TV, central air, and its own unique decor.

There is a 4 night minimum rental on weekends, except July, August and September; will consider 3 nights or exceptions, pending Owner Approval.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Buena Vida! The views from the house and pool were absolutely breathtaking! I don’t think there is a better view in Cabo. The staff is what made our trip incredible. Diego, Beny, and Hugo made sure every need of our stay was taken care of. Their hospitality was unmatched, and they would not let us lift a finger the whole vacation. Diego was a fantastic bartender-he made sure we had a delicious cocktail whenever we needed one. He was truly kind, caring, and funny! Beny’s food was absolutely delicious! We loved his homemade salsa! We couldn’t believe how good the food was. Hugo did a great job coordinating our stay, food, massages, etc. Our entire group keeps talking about how much they miss Diego and Beny. Jamie, the owner, was wonderful to work with. We would highly recommend Villa Buena Vida!

Amazing property

The villa made all the difference on our golf trip to Cabo. It's an amazing house with amazing views. We came back from golf and spent the afternoon in the pool watching whales win by. The staff is great and they kept us well fed and well hydrated.

We just left Villa Buena Vida after an amazing long weekend with friends. The views from the property are breathtaking and the overall house is stunning. The staff (Diego, Benny, Hugo and all the others) are literally THE BEST. Cabo Reunion ‘25

This place was incredible. We did a friends reunion and had 9 couples stay for 5 nights. The villa had amazing views, was super clean, and had plenty of room for us. Would definitely return. Owner was great to communicate with and then Hugo, Diego, Beny and the rest of the house staff took over and were awesome. Delicious food and fun, friendly, top notch service throughout our stay. Absolutely Amazing!

Amazing property and amazing staff with amazing views! Diego, Beny, and Hugo were great hosts and the housekeeping staff was amazing! We had a group of 17 ranging in age from 19 to 59 for a 50th birthday celebration and a great time was had by all! The staff definitely makes the trip enjoyable as they’ve been doing this for quite some time and pretty much know everything that you need and anticipate everything! I would highly recommend this villa to anyone thinking about going.

Why they chose this property

I originally rented this villa because I wanted to reward my top salespeople in my company. I wanted the best oceanfront villa that was perfect for entertaining. Villa Buena Vida far exceeded my expectations. I was determined to contact the owner and make an offer. I was in negotiation within 30 days after the trip and closed within 3 months! I fell in love with the villa from the moment I walked in and still love seeing and hearing reactions from renters staying there!

What makes this property unique

Villa Buena Vida is a unique property in that it was built higher and farther out than the maximum limits of Pedregal HOA. But because it was the first house built (in 2002) on the street there was no resistance to maximizing the size of the house and views. So the benefit is a structure that has better views than the rest of the surrounding villas while maintaining privacy. You have the best views of the ocean, the shoreline down to the Arc, the 5 star resort Waldorf Astoria below as well as the other surrounding villas. It's the best view in Pedregal!
