This beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom waterfront jacuzzi home is the perfect destination for families, groups, or romantic getaways. Nestled on a serene upper river canal with direct access to the Weeki Wachee River and Gulf, the house offers endless opportunities for adventure and relaxation.

The spacious interior features two luxurious king beds, a cozy bunk bed with a trundle (two twins and a double), a comfortable futon, two plush couches, and two recliners—enough room for everyone to unwind. The fully stocked kitchen includes a coffee/tea station and bar, making mornings and evenings a delight. With a game room, indoor and outdoor activities like ping pong and shuffleboard, and an office space in the bonus room, you'll find plenty to entertain the whole group.

Outside, soak in the jacuzzi as you take in breathtaking sunsets, or set off on a paddleboard or kayak adventure directly from the private dock. With SUPs, kayaks, a canoe, 4-river tubes, life vests, and more at your disposal, the possibilities are endless. The home is just three miles from the beach, giving you the best of both river and coastal life.

Designed for relaxation, this home offers a screened-in patio, outdoor shower, and laundry facilities, and accommodates up to 12 guests. House rules ensure a peaceful stay—no smoking indoors, no pets, and quiet time after 10 PM. Whether you're looking to explore the natural beauty of Weeki Wachee or simply relax by the water, this home has it all. Book your stay and experience your perfect getaway!

No moving furniture if moved & not returned to original location a $300./per item fee applies.
Pet- free property/If evidence of a pet is found there will be a $500/pp Fee & you may be asked to leave without refund.
Early Check-In Fee: $100./hr. Late Checkout Fee: $500./each 30 minutes. Posted price is for up to 6 people. Starting @ guest 7 is $20./pp if registered in advance, $50./pp per day if not pre- registered.

Please no check in on these holidays - Christmas Day, Easter Day , The July 4th , Thanksgiving day our cleaning company has the day off. If you wish to check-in on these days the cleaning fee is double.

Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Return all water toys/vessels,paddles, vests, etc… SUP’s, kayaks, float mats, tubes, to original position. Bring chairs inside
Cover jacuzzi lid and leave recirculating
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO: vaping, smoking, parties, confetti, unregistered guests/visitors, eating in bedrooms, candles/flames, Grass parking, outside noise after 10pm.
Return all kayaks/canoe/tubes, SUP's, H2O Mat, and fishing rods, to their original locations. Do NOT remove water vessels (kayaks, SUP's via land.
Early Check-In Fee: $50/hr. Written approval via property mgr required. Late Check-Out:$500.00/HR, Written Preapproved-$200/hr.

The house was beautiful with a game room downstairs that opened up to the dock and water. There were enough supplies to get you started for the week. My favorite part was seeing the Manatees just down the canal from the house. We would stay again!!

House is in the great location for nature lovers with direct access to beautiful Weeki wachee river. House is very clean, well maintained and equiped with all necessary supplies and has way more extra stuff for very comfortable family vacation.We were very pleased that there were variety of kayaks and two inflatable paddle boards available for our use. Host was very well organized, provided clear instructions and guidance on the house use and activities in the area.

The Weeki Wachee River is one of my family‘s favorite spaces so we rent properties down there every year. We’ve been lucky that every home we’ve ever rented has been exceptional, but I have to say that this particular home is the best we have stayed at over the years.Spacious, roomy, nicely appointed - it checks off all the boxes of what you’re looking for. We had our teenage and younger grandchildren with us and they enjoyed all of the activities and entertainment that was provided by the host of this property. It’s a beautiful location and everything that you will need is right there waiting for you. I will definitely rent it again.

End of Maternity Leave Staycay!

Beautiful home right on the water!!

My family stayed for a week at Captain Jacks for Spring break. We had a fabulous time! The house was everything we needed. Everyone in my family had a kayak/paddle board to enjoy the crystal clear waters of the weeki wachee. We saw several manatees in the canal behind the house. We all enjoyed the game room in the garage. Great place to stay and enjoy the river!

Weeki Wachee vaca 2023

Fantastic Long Weekend

Conveniently located on a canal only minutes from the natural springs! The 6 Kayaks and canoes were a great plus! House and game room were tidy. Would go back again tomorrow!

Great family friendly vacation

We enjoy low key destinations away from the tourist trap locations. This was the perfect location. Easy access to Pine Island beach, kayaking with Manatee right off the dock, great restaurants within minutes, an amazing water park close by, and a kitchen with more than adequate ability to cook at home. Hosts were readily available to answer questions. Highly recommend and would gladly stay here again.

Annual Guys Trip was great

We had an absolute blast at this rental on the Weeki Wachee River. The house was amazing, well equipped and very clean. The game room downstairs was huge and so much fun. The kayaks were great for paddling along the canals and the river. We saw lots of manatees while kayaking on the river. Sonia was very responsive and very helpful. I would highly recommend this place.

Mesmerizing Moments in the Land of Mermaids & Manatees

An unforgettable stay at this beautiful waterfront home in Weeki Wachee. The serene views, cozy upstairs setup, great games downstairs, and thoughtful touches made our trip truly special. Garage element provided both outside feel, and privacy. We loved kayaking right from the backyard and watching the manatees glide by. Floating dock addition super efficient for both low & high tide. Great host communication, all the essentials, and hospitality was top-notch.

Perfect for family and teens!

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was exactly as described. My boys especially enjoyed the game room and kayaks and I finally learned how to paddleboard. There were manatees at the end of the canal and i saw around 12 while paddling down the river. Book this home now!!!

Fairly nice place. Property manager was very accessible to any questions we had. I would warn older guests that there are quite a few stairs going to the main house. Unfortunately due to the hurricanes in the last month, the water behind the home was not in good shape.

This gorgeous waterfront vacation home is one of the best homes located directly on a well desired wide, deep water canal just close enough for convenience yet far enough away for peace & quiet that you won't typically get on the main river.

So you can play when you want & rest when you want. The 18' height helps create a better view, the spaciousness of the home helps creates more room for more fun, underneath the main home is our large garage minus our private owners closet provides a fun outdoor activity area out of the sun for everyone. Being able to tie off your boat at the dock, but close enough to the water to enjoy the view.
