The flat is ideally located in Ault, close to the Bay of the Somme, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.

If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the public car parks near the residence.

- The Ault lighthouse, the Church of St Pierre and its belfry, the Bois de Cise, the circuit in the footsteps of Victor Hugo, the Chapelle Notre-Dame-D'Onival, the Hable d'ault.
